Since 2014, Ryeworth has provided comprehensive corporate and project communications support to Birmingham based developer Realis Estates. Working closely with the Managing Director, we have advised on schemes across the UK as well as assisting the company with planning, corporate and crisis communications.
Working on behalf of Canada Life and closely with the development team, Accord Architects and planning consultant Williams Gallager, Ryeworth carried out a successful public consultation exercise and also wrote the Statement of Community Involvement, which helped secure planning permission for the redevelopment of 17/18 Peascod Street in Windsor.
Ryeworth provided Central London all day eating and drinking concept Drunch with comprehensive marketing and local engagement support. Ryeworth helped produce its monthly enewsletters, assisted with communications with local interest groups and provided copywriting support to produce the text for its new websites.
The owner of some of London’s most iconic nightclubs and private members’ clubs, appointed Ryeworth to create all the written content for his various new enterprises as well as reviewing the text on his company’s existing websites.
Ryeworth Communications completed a comprehensive brand refresh for Northamptonshire-based Chase Park Properties. The project saw the creation of a new logo along with email signatures, business cards and corporate letterhead.
For almost four year, Ryeworth provided The Coffer Group – the leading specialist advisor to the leisure property industry – with comprehensive communications support. Ryeworth was responsible for overseeing all day-to-day PR and Marketing for the group, which incorporates leading leisure agency Davis Coffer Lyons and dedicated leisure property investment and M&A specialist Coffer Corporate Leisure.
Ryeworth provided comprehensive planning and project PR for Realis Estates’ 435,000 sq ft retail and leisure development Unity Walk in Stoke-on-Trent. Ryeworth carried out a comprehensive communications campaign throughout the planning process and also helped deliver a Public Exhibition and prepared the Statement of Community Involvement.
Ryeworth Communications provided Project PR support to Realis Estates for its redevelopment of Parliament Row in Stoke-on-Trent City Centre, which will create up to 58,000 sq ft of flexible, modern retail and/or restaurant space with a maximum of five units on the ground floor plus a separate unit on the first floor.
Ryeworth completed the copywriting of the text for Loughborough-based design and branding agency 5or6’s first corporate brochure.
